@MojangSupport If I buy the game because support is seemingly going to take 3-4 months to respond to me and I would like to play the game would I be entitled to a refund on the basis of already having bought the game?

In fairness it took me 5 minutes to work out the name of the guy that took my account, I have my own info, his info & my transaction ID. It’d be ridiculous to have a wait time of 2 days to resolve this, let alone 2 months.
