@MojangSupport Hello guys, apparently I am unable to get any emails from you regarding a passwort reset. I've emailed support a week ago but it seems from your "when will I hear back" page that it might be a very long while before I get an answer. Any chance to get help here?

Unfortunate. So I guess I'll have to wait a couple of months then. There's no way I'm getting my Transaction ID, I bought the game in very early alpha using a PayPal account which I no longer have access to. If there's some way to speed this process up, let me know.
