@MojangSupport Hello guys, apparently I am unable to get any emails from you regarding a passwort reset. I've emailed support a week ago but it seems from your "when will I hear back" page that it might be a very long while before I get an answer. Any chance to get help here?

Hi, I've tried multiple browsers on different devices, still no mail. I've also checked if for some reason emails from you are being blocked but that is also not the case.
