@MojangSupport Hey so a buddy of mine in brazil had his account stolen, and even though he provided the transaction ID and proved he owned the account, support told him they couldn't do anything., What gives?

So since he bought his copy of minecraft through some now defunct Brazilian retailer, on an email that got wiped when hotmail became outlook, he's out of a copy?
