@MojangSupport Hey so a buddy of mine in brazil had his account stolen, and even though he provided the transaction ID and proved he owned the account, support told him they couldn't do anything., What gives?

Alright, so what do i do if he sends the email, and they say the same thing? He provides proof he bought it, and they say there's nothing they can do?
