@MojangSupport Why have the Realm servers been having so many problems with no communication from yall? Trying to find a fix to the not being white listed to the server I pay for from your own service then that fix being close the server (which just never happens).

You mean the problem that self resolves for everyone after they don't have access to the server they pay you for. The problem is this issue seems to fix for everyone after 24-48 hours. Support ticket response is 3 days +. Do better Mojang. Please.
