@MojangSupport My account was hacked into and had it's username changed to MECORTOCOMSHARP4. I changed the password, but I am wanting to report this action, and hopefully catch whoever did this.

I do not have that information. I got Minecraft while it was in beta. I wasn't even the one who bought it, my parents bought it for me, so it will be imposible to tell how they paid for it.
