@MojangSupport Been 2 weeks. Still no response to me query for support. Ngl, this level of customer support is pretty bad considering Minecraft is _literally_ the second most sold game of all time.

I know you are, but seeing as you're currwntly 2 months behind on tickets, do you really expect me to be understanding about being locked out of my account for another 2 months? You updated your launcher and my account literally is not accessible anymore.
