@MojangSupport Someone migrated my account, effectively stealing it, but when I submitted a ticket, I was told that you are dealing with tickets from mid May yet. This can't be true??? How long am I going to have to wait to get help on this?

I already did that as I mentioned in my original tweet. I have yet to get a response on that email.

Found my transaction ID from many years ago... email resent with that.
