@MojangSupport hi, After uninstalling + reinstalling minecraft bedrock for Xbox one, resetting Xbox, removing and readding my profile,for last three days,am unable to play. selecting the game I get the Mojang symbol, then a freeze on a white screen, then kicked to the Xbox home.
