@MojangSupport I need to talk to you ASAP. Minecraft account got hacked and lost both username and password. Can not access account at all. Skin has been changed too. Sent an email on both 2nd and 4th of July and you haven’t responded. Please help.

That’s unfortunate. I’m lucky and it didn’t actually happen to me, it’s happened to one of my best mates. He’s sent countless of emails with no reply. I thought I’d contact them on twitter for him to see if I got a reply which I did. But whether it helps him or not i don’t know
