Okay listen, did you even read what i wrote? I HAVE MY TRANSACTION ID. I even copy and pasted it into the email i wrote to the support. You guys did use skrill as a payment processor in mid 2011, it it NOT my fault that you don't have the transaction id and that you (1/2)

(2/2) somehow created a own, unique transaction id that doesn't match with the one from skrill. i'm tired of this shit, sorry for my language but i'm fucking pissed. i'm waiting for 2 months now and just because your password reset system is fucked af.
