@MojangSupport Ever since shortly after the 1.12.0 update, my realm is inaccessible (stays at loading resource packs) and world backups are empty worlds. I cannot download my current world without losing a couple hours of work. Fix please.

That's all well and good, but if there is a bug or some other disruption to a SUBSCRIPTION service, the SUBSCRIBERS should not have to wait this long for an explanation, much less an actual acknowledgement of an issue. Please provide more detail.
