I've been told by you to write an email to the mojang support to reset my password. i did that 2 months ago and received an answer. the answer is that my transaction id cannot be found. i've given enough info to confirm that its my account. and then i've been told (1/2)

(2/2)to write an email to the skrilla support (as they're the ones who handled the purchase apparently) and to get the transaction id from that. that must be a f**** huge joke. i freaking payed for this game 8 years ago. it's not my fault that your password reset system is fucked
