@MojangSupport I filed a support ticket on May 5th about my account being stolen. I kept checking your site to see what cases you are replying to and mine was completely passed over as you are now doing cases received on May 14.Idk how else to reach you for help.

If you do not have a case number and believe your case was missed, you will need to resubmit it unfortunately. ^CE

Case Number:#2844020 I have been using this account for 7-8 years and have not been able to access it now for several months and have been trying to reach support during that time.I do not wish to wait several more months to use the product I purchased. please help, thank you.
