Does anyone actually monitor the bug page for the Nintendo Switch (Bedrock) version? I've seen the same freezing bug issue on there but no one has even acknowledged the bug reports on there. Is there a way to directly contact the Devs, so we can send them all info/evidence...

To get this freezing bug fixed? It's literally been plaguing the game for months. Loading times are ridiculously long too and many people (including myself) cannot connect to other friends worlds. #FixMCSwitch
