@MojangSupport Ever since shortly after the 1.12.0 update, my realm is inaccessible (stays at loading resource packs) and world backups are empty worlds. I cannot download my current world without losing a couple hours of work. Fix please.

It's been nearly 2 days since I was able to access my realm. All I see is this. I opened a "ticket" with your support immediately when I experienced it, but have not heard back. This is ridiculous for a paid service.
