@MojangSupport is there a set date in which support tickets will be responded to? i've been waiting approximately 25 days with no response regarding a hacked account, really disappointed

(1) I understand, and I indeed got a response from my initial ticket that I submitted regarding a breached account that I no longer had access to this morning. I'm still disappointed that I had to wait 25 days for a simple response giving me information I already knew,
