@MojangSupport Hey folks! I’m having issues migrating my old account (no emails reach me for some reason)... tried to send my transaction ID but your site suggests it might be a two month wait?? Can you help?

Hi folks. Thanks for coming back to me. I’ve already sent that details, but is the backlog really that bad? (I just tried creating a Mojang account from scratch and it made one using my email without clash. I think my old account’s been compromised)
