Hi - I am also experiencing the same issue. I have entered in my email for password reset but never receive any reply. Have tried this at least 10 times over the last few days.

I'm having the same issue with minecraft java edition and it's been months. I've also tried to reset my password and it won't send an email. I contacted support through the help center months ago with all the necessary info and have gotten no response.
