@MojangSupport Hi! I have a user on my realm that cannot connect via any platform. It seems he "zoomed" off too fast and he's stuck in a place where he cannot load his character. Can you guys move his offline character to start coordinates?

Doesn't that delete everything? Isn't that the point of the realm? Nobody else needs their stuff deleted.

Sadly, this reset the realm, but it did not allow connection for that 1 user. It just doesn't work. Can you not just reset his account within the realm? He's okay with starting his character over.
