@MojangSupport I have had extremely frustrating problems with one of your customer support representatives. I've exchanged 12 emails with them over the last two weeks, and they've refused to give me any direction or answer my questions. Please help. Case #2709129

1/2 To clarify, it was not that I wasn't getting replies, but that they have been insisting that I bought the game with PayPal when I didn't, and ignoring my questions and refusing any effort to track down the cause of the disparity, they've blown me off 6 times in two weeks.

2/2 I'm at my wits end, and since I sent this they've stopped responding at all. Please, all I'm asking is for someone who's willing to help me figure out where the problem is.
