Spent the entire week/weekend exploring the forums you just posted and there is absolutely no solution. All you did was make me further aware of your lack of support and your greedy tactics. Funny how link you posted immediately tries getting you to purchase the game.

I now want not only a refund on the remaining 15 days I had left on my realm but also a full refund on the 3 skin packs I bought seeing as you can not use them when not logged in. I suggest a quick return as the longer this isse persist the more sales you lose out on for dungeons
