I'm afraid, Mojang Support handles Mojang accounts and the Java Edition, exclusively, not Microsoft/ Xbox Live accounts. ^RR

I can log into my Microsoft account perfectly fine it's Minecraft that isn't connecting! Dozens of people have had this issue for years
