@MojangSupport I am unable to login to Microsoft account on Nintendo Switch. Did the verification code at least 10 times the past 2 days and get something went wrong.

Is there a way just to return cartridge? If I can't use on my switch anymore there is no point keeping the game.

I backed up my world in cloud then deleted. I can then login. If I download my world again it no longer logs in. How can I use the game and keep my world?
