You need to contact Xbox Support, not Microsoft. We deal exclusively with Mojang accounts and the Java Edition of the game. ^RR

Pretty sure this is an issue with you and not Microsoft. Everything works fine during the remote connect, I can sign into my Microsoft account on my laptop no problem. This is only with Minecraft
