@MojangSupport me and a friend journeyed far on a realm, a chunk didn’t load so we decided to rejoin and now we are stuck on the “Building Terrain” portion of the load.

I am sorry to hear that. Please try to close and reopen the Realm, as it may resolve the issue. ^AT
