@MojangSupport I'm the owner of my realms server and it continually telling me I'm not whitelisted for my own server. I've attempted to close and reopen the realm as you've instructed others to do but it will not close my realm. I'm at a loss for what to do.

Hello. This was a temporary issue (help.mojang.com/customer/por…) and it should be fixed by now ^FS
