Hi @MojangSupport - transparency with any kind of technical outage generally goes down better. At this point you should consider changing your support policy for realms customers because in this case it clearly isn't working. Downtime of 12 days and counting...

The level of support that @MojangSupport have shown on this issue has been shocking. The realm is now back after 2 weeks of downtime with no RFO.

Its quite irritating to be paying for a service that suddenly breaks. Especially since Mojang “support” rarely actually does anything to fix it. I have a good couple of weeks left until it renews. Do you plan on waiting until then orrrr? 🤦🏻‍♀️
