@MojangSupport I bought 2 packs on minecraft windows 10. Below is my packs inventory as you can see there is only 1 from a purchase I made weeks ago. I purchased the medieval and fantasy pack. Below are screenshots of my email confirmation. I'd like to have my texture packs :(
