@MojangSupport I've been sending emails trying to recover access / password reset to my Minecraft account for a few weeks now and have never gotten a response. Trying twitter in the hopes of getting some customer service here. I have my transaction ID and previous email logins.

Hi again. Email reply I got today didn't help. Ticket was basically "Can't login/reset pw. Site says contact CS w/transaction ID so CS can reset pw. Here it is, please reset pw." Reply: "Have you tried logging in?" Any help? Frustrating. Would like to not wait another 6 weeks.
