I feel like @MojangSupport need to have a quiet word with themselves. I submitted a ticket on 5th May and 6 weeks later they're only just responding to cases submitted on 24th April. HIRE MORE STAFF. This is ridiculous. #refundme

So when do I get the same right then? How long do people need to wait to skip the remaining queue? In case you fail to understand; I am asking these not because I hope to skip the queue but to show how ridiculous is this... You barely process a day of tickets in 2 days.
