@MojangSupport So disappointed w/you now. 3 emails, 3 weeks. Support still hasn't removed hacker email addy from our account and my child still can't play. Support still sending pw reset to Russian hacker addy and we can't get our account back! 😡

I have tried that already, explaining at length each time. All I get is the same answer, the reset your password email which you also send to the fake email and they change it immediately. I guess this is #hopeless.
