@MojangSupport @mojang I have been trying to get Minecraft Java for my nine-year-old son since Sunday lunchtime. He will be playing on a PC. I can’t see the validate consent screen on my Mac to authorise. When I tried on PCs, the payment didn’t work. Can you help?

I had to pay for my granddaughters through PayPal, but now we can’t get it to work. I’m really not happy and either is she.
