@MojangSupport So disappointed w/you now. 3 emails, 3 weeks. Support still hasn't removed hacker email addy from our account and my child still can't play. Support still sending pw reset to Russian hacker addy and we can't get our account back! 😡

Wow! Your support is the worst! 3xs now I have contacted you to remove the fake Russian email address from our account and 3xs you have sent the password reset to the fake email too. What do I have to do to get our account back?!? #frustrated
