@MojangSupport sons iPhone Minecraft app kept crashing on load deleted & reinstalled & he lost everything. There is no recent backup to restore from. What kind of a cracker-Jack way to run a railroad is this?!?! He had signed into Xbox live before this happened. No saving?

Years of his gameplay and worlds are lost. He’s devastated. Had no idea his data wouldn’t be recovered considering we had just signed him up for Xbox live so he could play online with his brother. Local online play didn’t work anymore 🤬
