@MojangSupport i have some serious problem to use realm, i can't do anything like restart, new world, backup, join... What's matter?

I cheeked it, it seems first problem was solved. But now i can't join realm sever... it takes toooooo much time and realm saying "time out".. can you check one more my realm sever?..

ahhh? after i send this message, i joined the sever... What the? i check my internet before but it's okay. my realm sever had some connection problem ?...
