@MojangSupport @mojang I have been trying to get Minecraft Java for my nine-year-old son since Sunday lunchtime. He will be playing on a PC. I can’t see the validate consent screen on my Mac to authorise. When I tried on PCs, the payment didn’t work. Can you help?

The Java edition will not open, at all. We have tried everything and nothing works. I need to talk to a live person!! As popular as this game is and the number of players and money spent, we should be able to talk live to someone.
