@MojangSupport Can i ask when i email customer support am i suppose to get an email confirming my contact ? as i never got one and have been waiting 2 months do i need to send in another ticket

never got the automatic reply! how annoying, off i go to resend the ticket and wait another 2 months, my account was moved to the new account? system and stolen without me knowing! am trying to get it back
