@MojangSupport @mojang I have been trying to get Minecraft Java for my nine-year-old son since Sunday lunchtime. He will be playing on a PC. I can’t see the validate consent screen on my Mac to authorise. When I tried on PCs, the payment didn’t work. Can you help?

Thank you for this but I only had the option to use a credit card (I was using Visa Debit) and I tried three computers and a phone. To do the parental permission, I have to use this route. Unless you can send me a link that will work. I have also emailed you.
