@MojangSupport I've been trying to recover my account - it says I dont have minecraft on my account anymore. here is the print of the original ticket so you can have a bit of background on whats going on, and also a print of the email confirming that i transfered my mojang acc

back in 2016 - which means I have purchased minecraft... I have no transaction id because it is in a really old email account I dont have access to anymore...

I really want to play minecraft, but I refuse to buy the game again... its not fair that I have to buy the game twice.
