@MojangSupport I am currently unable to access my mojang account, and I am not receiving password reset emails. I submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago and have not received a response. Can you please assist?

So I'm supposed to wait nearly 2 more MONTHS to have a support ticket answered? How is that acceptable? Most companies answer tickets in under 48 hours. Do you have a way to escalate issues? I am entirely unable to access my account or download the game.
