@MojangSupport I bought Minecraft in 2013 and recently I’ve been trying to play cross platform with my brother. I’m on PC and he’s on Xbox. I try to redeem my Minecraft windows 10 code but it says I redeemed it in 2015 when I didn’t even redeem it yet. My username is Twitch_GramD
