. @MojangSupport Bad support, after little over 1 month of waiting and still no answer. Bought Minecraft ~10 years ago and can't play it atm, because no answer to ticket.

I, as well as several friends, have been in that same situation before. I think I'm still waiting on a response from a two-month-old ticket. Mojang, y'all were purchased for $2.5bil, and have at least 40mil players. Y'all need to expand your support team, no good excuses
