@MojangSupport I can’t convert my old world from Minecraft Xbox One Edition to The “New” Xbox One Edition of Minecraft. Please help. I have had this world since 2012.

I contacted Xbox support already, they said to contact you guys because it’s a game bug. I reset the console, I even factory reset it. It is still crashing at 2-6% when transferring worlds.
