@MojangSupport why was my minecraft account transferred away from me without any permission granting from myself?

I have indeed done that however, with your current dealings being with issues from April 1st , two weeks before my account was fraudulently taken from me, that doesn't very much help me with an issue which should not have occurred. Please advised how this can be resolved sooner.
