@MojangSupport won't help me migrate my old Minecraft account. I enter the info in, but it says it's incorrect even though the same info can be used to log into the game. Why the hell is there no real support being offered @MojangSupport ?

It took two months last time I emailed! Let me call or something. I'm really sick of the horrible "support" I've been getting. I'm not dealing with this bullshit any more of "Just send us an email and we'll get back to you" because it's the same shit over and over.
