@MojangSupport won't help me migrate my old Minecraft account. I enter the info in, but it says it's incorrect even though the same info can be used to log into the game. Why the hell is there no real support being offered @MojangSupport ?

I already tried, but you won't listen. I can't do that because the transaction ID is lost because of hotmail becomming outlook. Actually let me contact other than email and speak to someone about this for fuck sake
