@MojangSupport There's seriously a month plus wait for account support? This is frankly unacceptable, I literally can't play the game I've owned for nearly ten years. I don't know of any company this size that has such poor support.

Is it one month to get your first answer and then a more frequent feedback or is it one month between EACH answer ? Not that I already waited a month with a precise question to get a generic (and useless) mail as an answer but... actually it is.
