@MojangSupport Your page says that you're working on cases submitted on March 27th, where you direct people to go to know how long it will be until they get help. Is it seriously going to be two months before I get a response on my password issue?

Wow, so two months to be able to play again because your reset password option isn't working... and I know I haven't marked you guys as spam either. (I have no reason to.) So basically, I have to buy another copy if I want to play for the next two months...

What on earth is going on with your account system? I can create an account when your system says it already exists... and now that new account is having the exact same problem my original one did.

Oh! And I forgot to put in, I put my birthday in correctly on my new account, but somehow it was a month off, and you can't change that... so that's entertaining as well. I'd have to put in another ticket that won't get answered for who knows how long to fix that.

So I checked, and now some account named "rorilove" is associated with me. That's not my account name. My account name is azyraphae. I have screenshots with this as the account I'm playing on. What account did you just associate to mine?

Also, no one else uses this name, but somehow it's still taken as a profile name. Which means, that if this is my account, I want my profile name back, because that would mean a hacker came in, stole my name on another account. Let me know how you want to handle this.
